What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM.
Early check-in from 10:00 AM or late check-out until 9:00 PM can be requested for THB 500 each. Both require advance confirmation and are subject to room availability.
How do I book a room?
Select your dates on our homepage or check availability here. You can choose your room, review the rate and conditions, and complete your reservation through our booking partner, Cloudbeds.
Can I bring my pet?
A THB 2,000 pet deposit applies. The total deposit is the same for one or multiple pets and is returned provided there is no pet-related damage or odour.
A maximum of two dogs, each weighing up to 20 kg, is allowed. Please contact us before booking to confirm arrangements for your pets. Dogs that bark frequently cannot be accommodated.
When does the complimentary tuk-tuk run?
Our complimentary tuk-tuk runs from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, every day except Tuesday. If the regular driver is unavailable, a limited service may operate until 5:00 PM. Please check with reception on the day.
Local stops include Sukhumvit 34 / BTS Thong Lo, Sukhumvit 26 / BTS Phrom Phong, K Village, Big C Rama 4 and 7-Eleven. Ask reception to arrange a ride or help you contact the driver.
Can you help with an airport transfer?
Reception can help arrange an airport transfer. Fares are usually THB 1,100–1,500 per trip, with an additional THB 200 when travelling with pets. The driver confirms the final price; you pay the driver directly, with no hotel surcharge.
Please contact reception at least 12 hours before your arrival or departure to confirm arrangements.
How do I use the Jacuzzi or sauna?
The outdoor Jacuzzi costs THB 300 per session. For either the Jacuzzi or sauna, please give reception at least 15 minutes' notice and arrange access before 5:00 PM.
How do I request housekeeping?
Daily housekeeping is available on request. Display the housekeeping sign on your door, or let reception know in the morning for an afternoon service. Fresh bed linen, towels, drinking water, tissue and amenities are provided during the service.
Which room amenities are included?
For hotel stays, two 500 ml bottles of drinking water and one roll of toilet tissue are included per night, along with complimentary soap, shampoo and bathroom amenities.
Additional bathroom amenities are complimentary. Extra drinking water is available to buy by the pack; ask reception for the current price.
Is smoking allowed?
All guest rooms are non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available on the ground floor and on the sixth-floor outdoor terrace.
Do the rooms have a kitchen and laundry?
Our studios and apartments have a kitchenette and washing machine. Washing machines do not include a dryer. See the room details when booking, or ask us about a specific room.
Can I stay for a month or longer?
Yes. Email us your dates, number of guests and preferred room so we can discuss a longer stay and its conditions.

Cancellation and payment conditions depend on the rate you choose. Read the terms shown for your selected room and dates before confirming your booking.
