Keep your routine in our air-conditioned gym on the sixth floor. For the sauna, give reception at least 15 minutes’ notice and arrange access before 5:00 PM.

Pets are part of the family. They are welcome at KAZE, with a pet-friendly rooftop garden for a little time together.
A THB 2,000 pet deposit applies. The total deposit is the same for one or multiple pets and is returned provided there is no pet-related damage or odour.
A maximum of two dogs, each weighing up to 20 kg, is allowed. Please contact us before booking to confirm arrangements for your pets. Dogs that bark frequently cannot be accommodated.

Daily housekeeping
Daily housekeeping is available on request. Display the housekeeping sign on your door, or let reception know in the morning for an afternoon service. Fresh bed linen, towels, drinking water, tissue and amenities are provided during the service.
Room essentials
For hotel stays, two 500 ml bottles of drinking water and one roll of toilet tissue are included per night, along with complimentary soap, shampoo and bathroom amenities.
Additional bathroom amenities are complimentary. Extra drinking water is available to buy by the pack; ask reception for the current price.
Something for later
A small selection of snacks, instant noodles and everyday essentials is available to buy at the hotel. Please ask reception for the current selection and prices.
Non-smoking rooms
All guest rooms are non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available on the ground floor and on the sixth-floor outdoor terrace.
